The nature of our services
New Pathway Group (NPG) provides coordination support and information services across education, career and settlement, property advisory, private client coordination, and Australia–China health industry market entry. Where a matter requires migration, legal, taxation, financial or regulatory advice, we refer clients to an independent, appropriately licensed or registered professional or entity.
What this means in practice
- We do not provide immigration legal advice, and do not assess visa success likelihood.
- We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and do not provide financial product advice.
- We do not act, in the ordinary course, as an Australian Sponsor for therapeutic goods; where this is considered for a specific project, it is subject to separate assessment.
- We do not provide legal or taxation advice.
Referrals to third parties
Where we refer you to a third-party professional (such as a MARA-registered migration agent, lawyer, accountant, licensed financial adviser, TGA consultant, or Sponsor), that professional acts independently of NPG and is solely responsible for the advice or service they provide. We do not guarantee, warrant or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy or outcome of any third party's advice or service, and recommend you undertake your own due diligence before engaging any referred professional.
Compensation for referrals
NPG may, in some cases, receive a referral fee or commission from a third-party professional or partner entity. Any applicable referral remuneration will be disclosed before the referral is accepted, and clients remain free to select another provider.
Relationship with AHIS
AHIS — the Australia Health Industry Society — is an independently governed, not-for-profit incorporated association. Commercial services provided by NPG are separately contracted, voluntary, and outside AHIS membership entitlements. Related-party arrangements are managed under AHIS's own governance and conflict-of-interest procedures.
No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this website or communicated by NPG constitutes a guarantee of any visa, residency, admission, investment return, or regulatory approval outcome.
